Over the course of 12 weeks, participants cook, learn about nutrition, and participate in physical activity. FoodFit expands our ability to impact healthy changes, and is designed to break down social barriers that pose significant challenges to achieving optimal health and wellness.
Classes will start in May 2017, it will be offered two nights per week from 5 – 8 pm. It is free for everyone, and everyone is welcome. Priority will be given to those who self-identify as a low income household.
