In-Kind Donations
Interfaith Food Bank Society of Lethbridge relies heavily upon donations of food from within our community. We are only able to give what we receive.
Donate or offer discounts on products / services
As we are only able to give what we receive, we sometimes have to purchase items for our food hampers. By giving us discounts on products and services, we will be able to serve more people with the money we have.
New or gently used items
Our thrift store is run off of donations. Money made in the thrift store goes towards the operations costs that come with running a food bank. The Second Door Thrift store also allows both clients and the public to find needed (and wanted!) items at a discounted price.
Using Donate a Car Canada, you can easily donate your car to Interfaith Food Bank! This program includes free car pickup, a guaranteed tax receipt, and an easy to fill out online form!
We accept new, non food items, at the Food Bank, whether that be personal hygiene, diapers, or school supplies. Receipt of purchase is needed to issue a charitable tax receipt for in kind / non-food items.
