To treat everyone at Interfaith Food Bank (IFB) with courtesy and respect |
That the information you provide will be collected, used and maintained in a confidential way |
To report changes to your household, address, employment or other factors or income in a timely manner (e.g. at your next visit to IFB) |
To ask questions until you understand |
To use IFB food for yourself and your family ONLY (i.e. not to sell, trade or give it away to others) |
To bring someone with you to translate, if you wish |
To take only what you and your family can and will use |
To get food that is safe to eat |
To avoid doing anything illegal in the IFB, or on IFB property (e.g. carrying a weapon) |
To raise concerns and complaints |
To get a response to any concern or complaint raised |
